Earthing system components
1- Conductors: It's the connection between equipment and electrode and it mast has high conductivity.
2- Electrode: it may be vertical rod (driven rod) or it may be plate.

3- soil: it's the area which the electrode installed in it.
Form decreasing earthing resistance we may add dissolved salts as.
a- macronite
b- betonite and etc ……
4- Bonding ( it may be mechanically using lock washer using soldering ) and it should be very strong avoid adding any resistance current passage.

Note: -
The effective area between electrode and earth is very important as it determine earthing resistance.
